Who is responsible

Zéphyr & Borée, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), 1 rue d’Estienne d’Orves, 56100 Lorient, France, contact@zephyrboree.com. We decide why and how your data is processed.

Contact form

What you give us: first and last name, email and, if you provide them, company, position, phone, profile type and your message.

Why: to answer your request and, if the conversation continues, to prepare a project together. We do not use your contact details for marketing without your consent.

Legal basis: your contact request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in answering it.

Who has access: the Zéphyr & Borée team handling requests. Your message is sent by the site’s host, OVH (France), directly to the Zéphyr & Borée team. OVH does not use your data for its own purposes. No message is kept on the site’s server. No data is sold.

How long: your message stays in the team’s inbox for no more than 12 months, then it is deleted. If a contract is signed, data follows the term of the contract and legal obligations.

Cookies and trackers

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. For now, the site sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies, and no Google tool is loaded during your visit.

If we ever add audience measurement (Google Analytics) or advertising (Google Ads), we will update this policy first, and nothing will be set without your consent: a banner will ask for your choice, which you can change at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Transfers outside the European Union

One Google service is involved: Google Workspace, which hosts our team’s inbox where contact form messages arrive. Google LLC is based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and, as a fallback, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Hosting

The site is hosted in France by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, ask for its deletion, object to its processing, withdraw your consent or request its portability. Write to contact@zephyrboree.com. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it.

Changes

This policy may change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
